The short version: this site doesn't collect anything about you. No forms, no accounts, no cookies, no ads and no tracking. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you.

59s is a brand of FRCC Design e Tecnologia LTDA, based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. We decide how the data below is used, and you can reach us at hello@59s.studio.

What we receive, and why

When you book a call, Cal.com sends us your name, your email and, if you choose to share them, a link to your app and what worries you about it. When you email us, we get what you write. We use this only to prepare for the call, reply to you and send a proposal if you ask for one. We never sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts this site and handles our email, Cal.com runs the booking, Google runs our inbox and calendar, Resend sends our email and Stripe takes payments if you hire us. Some of them store data in the United States, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking or working together. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, you can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop using it. Write to hello@59s.studio and we'll reply within 15 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or to the ANPD in Brazil.

Your app's data

Anything you give us access to during a project — code, accounts or your users' data — is covered by our contract and NDA, not by this page.
